Founded in 1920 in the Historic Kent Valley, Smith Brothers does things the old fashion way. 100% of their milk comes from local cows that are given the best care possible. Free of artificial growth hormones Smith Brothers cows are fed local Grade A grains and grasses. Started in 1994, Nettles Farm Pasta is owned by Anna Lee Larrimore and Hans Treiselmann and operated on beautiful Lummi Island. These delicious ravioli’s are made from Guisto’s organic semolina flour, their own farm fresh eggs, fresh herbs and produce. To maintain the best flavor and harmony with nature, the ravioli’s ingredients reflect the changing growing seasons of the northwest. Available only at the Green Market in the Seattle area!

The Green Market also happens to carry some of these delicious grab-and-go have-a-healthy-meal items. Pulling from local producers and distributors, using no additives or preservatives, the Honey I’m Home catering crew works magic in their soup, salad, dressings and spread creations. Their Jade sauce and Caesar dressing have achieved legendary status with several loyal customers trekking to Sunset Hill from Kirkland and Edmonds. Who would have thought the Old Red Hook Brewery in Fremont would some day house the country’s only fair trade and Organic made-from-the-whole bean chocolate company. I can’t think of any better use of the old brick landmark – Theo chocolate is awesome and we love selling AND eating it. Fresh, Flavorful handcrafted breads using simple high grade organic ingredients, Essential Breads are delivered to the Green Market every morning. Look for offerings of their delicious baked goods on the weekends! Seattle’s favorite old world bakery, Rustic and delicious The Green Market stocks a daily supply of their delicious cookies, brownies baguettes and loafs. Wholesome, pure, fresh and flavorful, Beecher’s offers great local cheeses combining old world hand made techniques with an innovative flavor profile. Check out their No Woman, Flagship, Just Jack and Marco Polo cheeses in our cheese case. Handmade by local Seattle foodie, Steve Lund, Caveman bars are sweetened with brown rice syrup and natures simple offerings of coconut, flax seed, peanuts, almonds and cherry to name just a few… they are simply healthy and Delicious. Nona’s Pasta Sauce from Greeno’s Gourmet is a fabulous Pasta Sauce made by Seattle resident Patty Birchman. Adopting her recipe from her Grandmother Generosa, Patty offers an amazing pasta sauce that’s all natural with no sugar added. Seattle’s favorite energy bars, bites and granola is made locally! Simbree makes snacks with organic whole grains, organic brown sugar, seeds, nuts and wild blackberry honey from the Pacific Northwest. Try their spicy tofu wraps or coconut curry tofu. Yum! The Green Market is proud to offer a selection of beer from Scuttlebutt Brewery located in Everett Washington. Family owned and operated the Scuttlebutt Brewing Company makes quality beer full of flavor and character. Phil and Scuttle have hosted some of our beer tasting events and the response is always a thumbs up!
